Mit dem Gewindeformverbindersatz 8 Typ B für Profile im Raster 30 lassen sich nicht nur die schnellsten und effizientesten, sondern auch stabile 90°-Verbindung herstellen. Dabei wird die Hülse in die hinterschnittene Längsnut des ersten Profilabschnittes eingeformt und über die darin vormontierte Schraube in der Hammermutter des Querprofiles befestigt. Zur Montage der Hülse wird vorzugsweise eine Bohrmaschine mit einem Bit TX50 verwendet. Der Satz besteht aus Hülse, Schraube und Hammermutter aus Stahl verzinkt. Die Hammermutter verfügt über einen Bremsmoment, wodurch gewährleistet wird, dass sich der Kopf der Hammermutter in der Nut des zweiten Profilabschnittes verbindlich um 90° verdreht
