Hammermuttern Nut 8 Typ B für Profile im Raster 30 (auch anwendbar bei Profilen S1083030/S1086030/S1086060) aus Stahl rostfrei sind universelle Befestigungselemente. Hammermuttern werden in der Regel an dem zum befestigten Bauteil, beispielsweise ein Winkel, zusammen mit der benötigten Schraube vormontiert, da sie im Gegensatz zu Nutensteinen mit federnden Druckstücken keine Haltefunktion haben. Hammermuttern sind in der Breite so ausgelegt, dass sie sich von oben in die Nutöffnung eingelegen lassen und um eine Haltefunktion sicherzustellen, müssen Hammermuttern um 90° verdreht werden. Der Absatz einer Hammermutter ist so ausgelegt, dass sie sich nicht überdrehen lassen und bei 90° blockieren. Durch die Unterkopfverzahnung garantieren Hammermuttern zudem einen festen Halt und zerstören die Eloxalschicht
